Prepsquad Refund & Return Policy Thank you for shopping at Prepsquad! We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. This policy outlines the conditions under which you can return an item and receive a refund.
Eligibility for Return & Refund:
You can return most new, unopened items sold by Prepsquad within (15) days of delivery for a full refund. Items must be returned in their original packaging, with all tags and manuals attached. Some exceptions may apply, see “Non-Returnable Items” below. Return Process:
Initiate your return: Contact our customer service team by email at info@prepsquad.net to initiate a return. We’ll provide you with a return shipping label (if applicable) and instructions on how to return your item. Pack your return: Carefully pack the item(s) you are returning in the original packaging, if possible. Ship your return:Attach the return shipping label we provided to the package and ship it back to us. Refunds: Once we receive your returned item and verify it meets the conditions outlined above, we will issue a full refund to the original payment method within (15) business days. You will receive a notification email once your refund is processed. Non-Returnable Items:
Items that have been opened, used, or damaged are not eligible for return or refund. Items missing original tags or packaging are not eligible for return or refund. Final sale items are not eligible for return or refund. Downloadable software products are not eligible for return or refund. Warranty:
Some products sold by Prepsquad may come with a manufacturer’s warranty. Please refer to the warranty information included with your product for details on how to make a warranty claim.
